- Glenn Graham Added June 06, 2022★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The store is good range is good, but I have shopped at the Browns Plains location about 4 or 5 times in the past few months always the same. Staff do not come to the main counter to transact a sale for quite a long time.
They generally stay at the parts counter and when they eventually come over to help you pay for items - they always seem frustrated they had to walk over with a big sigh and disinterested acknowledgement.
Maybe management need better staffing rosters so they are not under the pump. A quick in and out with minimal other customers in the store can still take 10-15mins just waiting to pay.
