    Dreadful customer service!! Walked into retail, 2 staff members standing at counter, yapping about what they were gonna do at weekend, couldn't even acknowledge me with a hello!! I get that it's Friday arvo but a hello wouldn't go amiss. I have spent alot on jewellery in this store too! But oh well it is browns plains I guess, can't expect too much!

    That was horrible i asked the guy over the phone two questions and he says sorry i cant help you because its been over 10 minutes. as i didnt get what he was saying as i have a learning disability.

    DO NOT go to this business the staff & owners are completely unreasonable, extremely rude,manipulative, sucumy and will deliberately rip off and lie to you....
    Avoid this place its not worth it

    Customer service is atrocious, stood at the camera displays for 25 min and not a single employee offered any type of assistance... many walked by me, a few stood within close proximity having a private conversation about their weekend plans.
    I eventually interrupted one and asked for assistance and the foul look on her face made my mind up to leave and shop elsewhere.
    BROWNS PLAINS CASH CONVERTERS don't deserve our patronage

    Fantastic Stocked store. Far better than other ones I have visited. Very competitive prices and the 50% off cabinet always has interesting items.
