  Yeah she goes alright ay, had a good worker there once, tall brown and handsome, way better than the other warehouse workers in there. - don't know where he went. Absolute legend. What a guy.

  i bought a laptop here and spoke to a staff member for recommendations. due to my lack of knowledge with computers. the service in the IT department were really helpful and took their time to explain everything to me. they were great!
  the laptop was a birthday gift for my brother. however, i later realised it was pretty similar to what he already had and there was no need to have 2 laptops that had the same performance.
  anyways, i went back to the store the next weekend. and to my surprise, apparently the plastic packaging was torn, which meant it was second hand! NO! the packaging was torn but still wrapping the laptop box that wasnt open. the nerve of the girl behind the counter saying "we cant help you, would you buy a second hand laptop?" WHAT?!? and thats not it, the "manager" walks by and joins the conversation backing that bimbo staff. obviously, nothing more i can say about the laptop, that i wasnt looking to returning, but thinking of upgrading to a better spec laptop!
  i left to goto another good guys in Rocklea. amazingly no questions whatsoever! with a REFUND... (i changed my mind about giving my bro a gift when his old one was still good)
  Bloody BROWNS PLAINS (behind the counter staff and manager ONLY!) you are going to RUIN the other good guys store by destroying their reputation of being "good guys". i have been to other shops since, and only BROWN PLAINS, seem to have staff that obviously hate their job or their life. i feel abit sorry for the actual owner employing those morons actually.
  
  note: just in case... again, not the IT department boys, you blokes were good. just the STAFF behind the counter and unaustralian that were too slack to do anything cos it was probably smoko time.
  
  so, in the end 1 star for dumb staff and 1 star for helpful staff. i think thats fair.
