Amita (Physio), Ellen (remedial massage) and Meg (exercise physiology) have all been highly supportive, professional and caring. I'm well on my way to recovery from the immediate issue as well as improving some longer term back/neck problems I'd put down to old age but now understand I can self manage and improve for a healthier life.
