  Old lady at the checkout, old sad miserable crone, very bad life bad bad RUDE dont feel high and mighty love you work at a bottle store Go work at Big W where the sad people belong not here, im buying liquor to drown my sadness not get more added to it.

  The best shop around.
  Team are AWESOME and super helpful.
  It's a shame I saw them get abused for asking for ID and doing their job when licensing laws are involved.
  I guess people are just too entitled these days???

  The Cashiers here are power trippers
  I stood in line and watched three other people purchase alcohol.
  they were all around the same age as me when was probably even younger
  they never got asked for ID
  When it was my turn all I was purchasing was two bottles of water and a bag of ice
  Then they asked me for ID
  I told them that I’m not even purchasing alcohol
  They responded that this is a license premises and that they require ID
  Which I said that is fair enough
  How come you didn’t ask the other three customers before hand for ID
  They just said it’s up to our discretion
  I’m 32 years you can see I’m in my work close and I’ve got a sleeve
  Do you think that they would use a little bit of common sense
  Try to make a complaint with head office and left me waiting on the phone for over 30 minutes
  Would never use this shop again

  Staff friendly and knowledgeable, the only suggestion would be to widen the range of premium items as I found the choice slightly limited.Do like the fact that you can google prices and if you find better value at another retailer it will be matched no questions asked.
