  Worst branch ever! Very poor customer service. It’s a really bad experience for me! We opened an account for my daughter, then the staff didn’t help us properly. We're just wasting our time.

  Front of house terrible veronica looks the part but that's where it finishes very unprofessional trying to look after a number of people and failing. Its a shame that you close so many good branches and leave this one open perhaps get someone out Front who doesn't get flustered and someone who cares about your customers

  Absolutely pathetic. Very few people serving at the counter. Que is nearly out the door. Over 40mins wait. These pathetic issues are probably part of their plan, create the problem (long ques and wait times) then Fix the issue by removing the banks. Here's an idea. Pick another bank. One that appreciates you more.

  Liz is the worst person i have ever dealt with. No help what so ever. No customer service skills what so ever either… very disappointing. Whoever the manager is should strongly consider who they actually hire on their team because the over the phone experience i had with her was just terrible.

  New renovation updates make it difficult to use the ATMs after night shift. The convenience is gone.
  
  - They positioned the ATMs inside the browns plains centre and there is no way to use the ATMs to deposit my money. I was lucky that they have the trolley walkway open so I can access it to get into the center and access the bank to deposit my money., and when I get there the ATM coin machine portion is not working, which is annoying that I cannot deposit my loose coin change.
  - There is no individual coin machine in the rows of new ATMs available to use just to drop change into my account.
  - The ATMs are always messy with receipts scattered everywhere even on a weekend visit. I am surprised that they cannot clean out the receipt bins after every shift. Paper and junk scattered everywhere around the ATMs

  Terrible customer service. 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back and simple issue still unresolved. Absolutely fuming!!

  Awful customer service. Waiting period too long. Than what they say will do they don't and yet charge arm and a leg for everything. Took 4 months to close the account I never opened. Their computers were down and they tried to do it over my phone. Opened wrong account and than charged me fees with interest over 4 months. Not sure if it's branch to branch but Browns Plains branch is awful in every way.
