  I walked in yesterday with my exhausted sister, shopping bags and baby hanging from her, trying to purchase her some comfortable bras. We were ready and willing to spend money on multiple bras as she has changed sizes (after the recent birth of her baby). The three staff members were unfriendly as we entered the store and unhelpful despite there being no customers aside from us. There was no offer to measure her- even though she shyly mentioned at the start how she was unsure what size she would be after the baby. We lingered in the change room hoping for some assistance (I was holding the baby- my sister half naked in the change room) nobody checked on us. Clearly the staff are unhappy here. If you require supportive assistance whilst shopping for intimates- this is not the shop for you. Rude and disappointing experience from start to finish.

  My grandaughter bought a bra form here in dec 2019 , only to have wire poke through into her arm pit , hope there products are better than this as with the reviews i wonder how they can afford not to be making better products for your money ...

  The staff that attended to me were great, so great it was like having a personal assistant with me! I was fitted and had a variety of beautiful bras in that size presented to me to try. The only downside is the affordability of the bras and underwear, which is not the staff fault, it the companies issue. The shop was clean and easily accessible

  I was shopping at the bra's n things in Browns Plains today exchanging a bra that has had a bone pop out and another that was ill fitting as their policy allows if under 1 year old. While I was in the change room one of the ladies working there said to the other in the door way to the changing room "She has come in to exchange her bra's that she has broken and claims are ill fitting for completely different ones. I am not f***ing serving her she is just shopping for a new bra." I was almost in tears in the changing room. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. I will never step foot in the Browns Plains store again due to this.
