- annette garton Added March 26, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It is a nightmare if you have to go to the bank. The wait can be half an hour. It is equally difficult to telephone suncorp bank. It doesnt matter what time of day you ring, there is always a recording saying there are high volumes of calls at the moment, and you have to wait 20 minutes and are lucky if it doesnt disconnect you anyway.

The staff I dealt with at Brown Plains just wanted to put barriers in place. They lacked common sense. They were lacking in skills. My Personal issues were initially just addressed in the public arena. They do not look at ways to be helpful.
